How would you explain your business in one sentence to your grandmother?

Imagine we have a studio where we help people and companies create their own software and design their products. Businesses come to us with their ideas, and we help bring those ideas to life by validating, building the software and designing how it looks and works. We make sure everything is easy to use and looks great.

Where did the idea come from and what problem does it solve?

The idea came from seeing that many businesses have great ideas which came out of their experience but need help turning those ideas into real, working products.

Our studio solves this problem by providing expert services in software development and product design. This way, businesses can get the technical and creative support they need to bring their ideas to life, helping them succeed and grow.

Was there a moment that almost turned you down?

No! Not even for a second.

The biggest mistake so far?

Our biggest mistake so far was underestimating the importance of mitigating the risk in client engagements.

Early on, we assumed that after discussing every detail with the client, the lack of further engagement would not lead to issues. We could not have been more wrong. This led to some misunderstandings and rework, which cost us time and resources.

We learned that keeping the client engaged and committed, along with maintaining open, consistent, and detailed communication, is crucial to ensure we are aligned with their vision and requirements from the start.

The most valuable advice you would give to those after you?

The most valuable advice I would give is to always prioritize clear communication and collaboration with your clients and team.

Make sure you fully understand your clients' needs and expectations, and keep them involved throughout the development process.

Additionally, be flexible and ready to adapt to changes, and don't be afraid to learn from mistakes. Building strong relationships and continuously improving your processes will help you succeed in the long run.

How do you resemble the Bulgarians and how do you differ from them?

I am Bulgarian!

Why is Bulgaria a good (or bad) place to start a business?

Bulgaria is a great place to do business because we still have what to prove to ourservels and to the world. This creates hunger for success and eagerness to deliver quality products and services.

If you have a magic wand, which partner or investor would you like to bring to the team?

I would love to have Hristo Popov and Jeff Bezos as part of AXIOMY Team.

What are your goals? Where do you want to go from here on out?

Our goals are to continue growing AXIOMY Studio, expanding our client base, and delivering exceptional value to every project we undertake. We aim to establish ourselves as a trusted advisor for businesses seeking innovative digital solutions and compelling product designs.

In the long term, we aspire to become a recognized leader in our industry, known for our creativity, expertise, and commitment to excellence.

Ultimately, we want to make a positive impact on the world through our work, helping businesses solve their challanges through digitalization of business processes.
