How would you explain your business in one sentence to your grandmother?


We help Marketing Directors with an intensive international tradeshow program to deploy it with confidence and without any stress.


Where did the idea come from and what problem does it solve?


We started the company with the objective to make exhibiting internationally an easier journey for those involved in the company events and traedshows organization.


How did you form a team? How do you know each other, why did you decide to work together?


Easy Exhibit started as a family-owned agency, co-founded by Othmane Boumzebra, a former avionics engineer, and Zdravka Kambourova, a former Renault network developer in Eastern Europe.


Was there a moment that almost turned you down?


Never, even during the pandemic, when the events stopped, we were even more motivated to benefit from this time to reinvent ourselves.


The biggest mistake so far?


There is no one mistake; maybe arrogantly believing that we know exactly what we do :D We have made many mistakes at different stages of the development of our company, and there are many learnings. The most important is to keep developing, keep learning, and never stop questioning yourself for improvement.


The most valuable advice you would give to those after you?


Never stop learning and be open for improvement. Everyone has blindspots, so be open, listen, and look for what you can learn from every situation, no matter if you fail or if you succeed.


How do you resemble the Bulgarians and how do you differ from them?


Our team, partners, and clients are international, so we have learned a lot about the limits of the Bulgarians but also about their qualities: we are proud to say that we developed a culture where we never let a client or a project until the job is done, we fight and do the extra mile, but...we may always find what could go wrong when discussing a new idea, not the best trait for the Bulgarians :)


Why is Bulgaria a good (or bad) place to start a business?


It's a great place to find young, well-educated, and motivated people to work with, and the costs for starting a company are still a lot less than in other EU countries.


If you have a magic wand, which partner or investor would you like to bring to the team?


I would be honored to have as a partner one of my gurus - Chris Do (from the creative space) or Blair Enns (from the strategy world). :)


What are your goals? Where do you want to go from here on out?


For 2025 I would love to focus our efforts on the target audience who are growing firms from the Nordic market rather than keep living from our legacy clients.


Why did you become part of the BESCO team? 


To support the Bulgarian ecosystem of entrepreneurs as until now our focus was mainly on the international scene.
