NBLO offer startups the opportunity to use our services free of charge (pro bono).

Supporting founders aligns with our firm’s expertise. New Balkans Law Office recognise the hurdles start-ups may face on their path to business success. Not so long ago New Balkans Law Office (founded 2005) was itself a startup and they are well aware of founders’ needs. 

Examples of our pro bono services may include:

• Advice on the best type of and jurisdiction of entity to fit your venture;
• Advice on the founding procedure and specific requirements for the business structure; 
• Intellectual property advice;
• Advice during the early stage negotiations with investors.

They give free of charge 30-minute consultations twice a week: on Tuesdays at 1:30 pm and Fridays at 5:30 pm.

NBLO can meet you at our office in central Sofia located at 19B Patriarch Evtimiy Blvd or virtually.
