How would you explain your business in one sentence to your grandmother?

Startup accelerator.

Where did the idea come from and what problem does it solve?

From my experience - startup management problems.

How did you form a team? How do you know each other, why did you decide to work together?

I work alone with a big network.

Was there a moment that almost turned you down?

Never...I'm optimistic by nature.

The biggest mistake so far?

When I was an entrepreneur I made many mistakes - it is for this reason that I founded an accelerator.

What is the most valuable advice you would give to those after you? 

In an increasingly complex world, doing startups is the highest form of management.

How do you resemble the Bulgarians and how do you differ from them?

I'm Italian so I can't reply ;).

Why is Bulgaria a good (or bad) place to start a business? 

I'm Italian so I know exactly what bureaucracy means - Bulgaria is a very good place where making a business.

If you have a magic wand, which partner or investor would you like to bring to the team?

I don't need investors.

What are your goals? Where do you want to go from here on out?

I want to be a bridge between the Italian and Bulgarian business worlds.

Why did you become part of the BESCO team?

Because I want to be a bridge between the Italian and Bulgarian business worlds.
