How would you explain your business in one sentence to your grandmother?

We help companies to improve their Sales process delivering Sales Qualified Leads

Where did the idea come from and what problem does it solve?

We saw many companies struggle to achieve their Sales Targets and experience difficulties in finding the right strategy, channels and implement it with the right resources. We help them not only by providing experts in both Inbound and Outbound communication but provide turn key solution tailored to their specific needs.

How did you form a team? How do you know each other, why did you decide to work together?

The team is formed by personal connections and of course we have some colleagues from internal recruitment, who appeared to be a great new assets to the company !

Was there a moment that almost turned you down?

Several :) But my overall look of the industry and hard working allowed me to continue !

The biggest mistake so far?

Didn't insure our invoices and one American startup

The most valuable advice you would give to those after you?

To prepare better for the start ! It is not what is seems to be :)

How do you resemble the Bulgarians and how do you differ from them?

I probably differ from most of the Bulgarians is that I used to live abroad for 7 years. London gave me perspective which most of the people don't have

Why is Bulgaria a good (or bad) place to start a business?

Bulgaria is a great place to start business. Not only because of the low fees for starting a company but also for the access to different resources, iniciatives, meetings and a lot of friends who can help you.

If you have a magic wand, which partner or investor would you like to bring to the team?

mhm interesting. I would go for Elon Musk :)

What are your goals? Where do you want to go from here on out?

Be the leading BPO company in Bulgaria ( at least from the Bulgarian BPO's we can compete with Telus and the other giants on the market :)
