How would you explain your business in one sentence to your grandmother?

Removing the accounting burden from business owners.

Where did the idea come from and what problem does it solve?

What problem it solves - our service is a combination of accounting and financial management so it goes beyond the mandatory accounting services that everyone needs but nobody wants. We focus on understanding the business of our clients and providing them with valuable information. Idea came from - seeing so many businesses owners’ dissatisfaction with the output of their actually very good accountants.

How did you form a team? How do you know each other, why did you decide to work together?

Still working on my own.

Was there a moment that almost turned you down?

 I stared the business recently and the first thing I realised it that it wasn't a mistake. Certainly there will be hardships in the future but I am confident they won’t make me give up.

The biggest mistake so far?

Too early to say but for now - not starting earlier.

The most valuable advice you would give to those after you?

 Don’t be afraid to start and to make mistakes.

How do you resemble the Bulgarians and how do you differ from them?

Resemble - passion and creativity. Differences - embracing the change.

Why is Bulgaria a good (or bad) place to start a business?

There are so many underdeveloped/non-existing business in Bulgaria. Literally thousands of opportunities laying around. So if you ask me it is the best place to do business despite admin obstacles.

If you have a magic wand, which partner or investor would you like to bring to the team?

Ray Dalio, that would be fun.

What are your goals? Where do you want to go from here on out? 

To create exceptional customer experience backed by flawless digital process and to replicated the model in other countries.
