How would you explain your business in one sentence to your grandmother?

The first dark restaurant on the Balkans - an unforgettable experience.

Where did the idea come from and what problem does it solve?

The acceptance and socialization of visually impaired people is an issue that we believe can be solved by interpersonal, emotional experience.

How did you form a team? How do you know each other, why did you decide to work together?

We found a team of like-minded people trough different channels. After more than five years we are very much like a family.

Was there a moment that almost turned you down?

There have been many challenges, but the period of uncertainty during the COVID-19 close down was very demoralizing, although it is in this period that we found our greatest inspiration and mission.

The biggest mistake so far?

Serving a vegetarian meat.

The most valuable advice you would give to those after you?

The team is the most valuable asset.

How do you resemble the Bulgarians and how do you differ from them?

I like food. I like Bulgarians :)

Bulgaria is a land of business opportunities. Here is the perfect mixture of freedom, resources, clients and community.
