How would you explain your business in one sentence to your grandmother?

We train people on acquiring new knowledge and skills to succeed in their job. 

Where did the idea come from and what problem does it solve?

Most industries in Bulgaria suffer from a shortage of skilled professionals, and in these circumstances, attracting, developing, and retaining talented employees is critically important for every company. This is especially true in the business services sector, where people are essential for the success of the company. At the same time, the coming years will be crucial in terms of acquiring and developing new skills in order to remain competitive in the labor market. Therefore, our ambition is to prepare highly skilled professionals to meet the needs of businesses across the country. We aim to be the bridge between those who possess knowledge and abilities and those who are seeking them.

How did you form a team? How do you know each other, why did you decide to work together?

Forming a team becomes effortless when there is a shared vision, mission, and goals among its members. I strongly believe that individuals can intuitively identify those with whom they can collaborate most effectively. That's exactly how our team came together.

Was there a moment that almost turned you down?

Not yet. Undoubtedly, there will be challenging moments along the way. However, the key is to consistently persevere and demonstrate commitment. By simply showing up and facing those difficulties head-on, we can navigate through them and watch them fade away.

The biggest mistake so far?

We still don't have such. But, hey, there is plenty of time along the way. :)

The most valuable advice you would give to those after you?

Make a wise choice with your people, as they will undoubtedly become the most valuable asset your business possesses. By prioritizing their growth, development, and well-being, you lay the foundation for long-term success and prosperity. 

Why is Bulgaria a good (or bad) place to start a business?

It is what we have, and we should not waste time debating whether it is good or bad. Our focus should be on finding a way to take advantage of the pros and operate effectively despite the cons.

If you have a magic wand, which partner or investor would you like to bring to the team?

If it is a magic wand, I hope we can use it more than once. :) We have a long list with renowned speakers and trainers whom we aspire to bring to the people in Bulgaria.

What are your goals? Where do you want to go from here on out? 

U Grow Academy is the pioneering academy in Bulgaria, offering specialized training programs for the Business Services industry. Our primary objectives are:
