How would you explain your business in one sentence to your grandmother? 

We create the software the bank is using to give loans to people and companies, and we can also create software that solves complicated problems and serves our clients.

Where did the idea come from and what problem does it solve? 

We saw the need for Expert Problem Solving Software Development and that's how we started. We are solving problems that others previously failed on simply and elegantly.

How did you form a team? How do you know each other, why did you decide to work together?

We started with friends and university colleagues because we love what we do and gathering and combining forces was easy.

Was there a moment that almost turned you down? 

Yes, there have been many such moments over the years, because it's not enough only to be a good expert, you need to also be able to manage people and create a culture.

The biggest mistake so far?

The biggest mistake was hiring the wrong manager when we were very small. This almost brought the company down.

The most valuable advice you would give to those after you?

Never give up, Failure is not an option

How do you resemble the Bulgarians and how do you differ from them?

I think we resemble the Bulgarians in our everyday culture being warm, friendly, and knowing how to have fun. The hardship of our history also made us strong and intelligent in solving problems. 

We however differ by being much more open-minded than most Bulgarians, having a growing mindset, seeking the truth, and using positive reinforcement. 

Why is Bulgaria a good (or bad) place to start a business?

Bulgaria is absolutely awesome place to start our business because we are Bulgarians so we are in our waters, but also we have access to extremely competent, capable, and motivated people who can truly elevate a business with their contributions.

The negatives of course are the bureaucracy/corruption and also the small population which limits the workforce.

If you have a magic wand, which partner or investor would you like to bring to the team?

SpaceX.

What are your goals? Where do you want to go from here on out?

We want to be a leading Expert Software Provider.

Why did you become part of the BESCO team?

We want to connect to more companies, and investors and generally have greater exposure.
